Petitioner(s): 54 people including a JP, surgeons and a church warden from Hastings [Sussex].
Grounds for clemency: The prisoners were wrongfully detained on board ship and transferred to Horsham 60 miles from their homes. No evidence was produced that a smuggling boat was in their vicinity at the time claimed.

Item she did will and bequeath to Thomas Frenche's wife one petticoat and one covering and she gave also to Elizabeth Breache one old red petticoat and one platter.
Item she did further will and bequeath to Mary Thomas one cupboard and those things that the rest of her children have that they should keep it if she herself do not like to spend it saving that Thomas Frenche should pay out of own count twenty shillings and all the rest of her goods she gave and bequeathed by this her last will and testament to her daughter Anne whom she made her sole executrix of this her last and testament.
