  In the Name of God Amen I Richard Latter in Lamberhurst in the County of Sussex Yeoman being in a good state of bodily health and of a sound and perfect disposing mind and memory blessed be God for the same but considering the certainty of death and uncertainty of the time when do therefore make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form as follows First I commend my soul into the hands of Almighty God my maker hoping through the merits of my dear redeemer Jesus Christ to have perfect remission and forgiveness of all my sins and my body I commit to the Earth to be decently buried in the Parish Church Yard of Lamberhurst in the County of Kent at the discretion of my Executor and Executrix hereinafter named And for such personal and real estates as it hath pleased God to bless me with I give devise and bequeath of the same as follows First I give devise and bequeath unto my loving son Richard Latter of Hoghole in the Parish of Lamberhurst in the county of
