Being old & infirm of body, but of sound & perfect mind and memory, praise be therefore given to Almighty God for the same, do make & ordain this my present last Will & Testament in manner & form following /that is to say/ First and principally I commend my soul into the hands of Almighty God my maker, hoping through the merits death & passion of my saviour Jesus Chrisy to have full & free pardon & forgiveness of all my sins and to inherit everlasting life: And my body I commit to the earth, to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executor hereinafter named; And as touching the disposition of all such temporall estate, as it hath pleased Almighty God to bestoe upon me I give & dispose thereof as followeth
